Right now, you
feel broken.
Let's find out
why you're not.
For years, you 've wondered why life seemed harder for you than everyone else. You tried harder. Hid more. Blamed yourself. And somewhere along the way, you came to believe the problem was you.
It's not...
There’s Nothing Wrong With You is a 74-page guided journal for late-diagnosed neurodivergent women ready to untangle the shame, question what they've believed about themselves, and begin trusting their own experience again.

You might know these moments:
-
You replayed a conversation for three days because you "said it wrong."
-
You got so good at looking fine that nobody noticed you weren't.
-
You told yourself that if you tried harder, life would stop feeling so much heavier for you than for everyone else.
-
You felt grief and relief in the same breath when you finally found words for how you're wired.
If you nodded at even one of those, you don't need another fix.
You need a different question.
Somewhere along the way, you may have reached a painful conclusion: there must be something wrong with me.
That belief didn't come from nowhere. It was built, slowly, from years of being misread, misdiagnosed, overlooked, or told to try harder at things that were never a matter of effort.
This journal doesn't ask you to become a better version of yourself.
It helps you understand the woman who has been here all along, and gently question the story you were handed about her.
Why this is different
Most self-help starts with "here's what to change." This starts with "here's what happened."
-
No fixing. There's nothing to optimize and nothing to keep up with.
-
No pressure. You move at your own pace, and the pages invite you to pause.
-
No performing. Nobody is grading it, and you can't get it wrong.
You've spent enough time trying to fix things. What if, instead, you got curious?

By the end of the journal, you will have:
Traced the story back to where it began.
See how and where you learned to believe there was something wrong with you.
Recognized how you've kept the story alive.
Notice the ways that old belief still shapes how you speak to yourself, what you expect from yourself, and how you move through your life.
Understand what it's cost you.
Look honestly at what decades of trying to fix yourself may have taken from you.
Questioned the belief you thought was fact.
Make room for one enormous possibility: What if it isn't true?
Begun to see yourself differently.
Not as someone who finally figured out how to fix herself—but as someone who may never have been broken in the first place.
Started taking your life back.
This journey isn't about becoming a better version of yourself. It's about understanding the woman who's been there all along.

We've spent enough time trying to fix things...
I spent more than 50 years believing I was the problem.
I tried harder. Worked harder. Hid what I struggled with. Ignored what I needed. And every time life knocked me sideways, I came to the same conclusion:
There must be something wrong with me.
Here's the extraordinary part. I worked with neurodivergent children as a behavioural interventionist. I knew how to meet them where they were. I knew their differences weren't failures. I knew they didn't need to become someone else to be worthy of understanding.
But I never extended that same understanding to myself.
My diagnosis finally explained how my brain worked. But it didn't undo decades of believing I was broken.
For that, I had to go back.
Back through the things I'd been told about myself. The shame I'd collected. The ways I'd learned to doubt my own experience. I had to start asking a very different question:
What if there was never anything wrong with me in the first place?
That's the journey I wanted someone to walk me through when I was diagnosed.
I couldn't find it, so I created it.
There’s Nothing Wrong With You is the journal I wish someone had put in my hands on day one.
